3. Information about the Premises and Services published on the Portal has been provided to the Operator by third parties. The Operator has no ability to verify all such information and is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or relevance of such information.
4. The information about the Premises and Services published on the Portal does not constitute a promise to enter into a contract or any other binding offer and does not bind the Operator, the owner of the Premises or the provider of the Services listed.
5. Information and photographs displayed on the Portal may not be copied, published or otherwise used for any purpose other than advertising on the Portal without the Operator’s consent.
